The BBC World Service and AfricaWeb have formed a new digital partnership to provide BBC News text, podcasts, audio, and video content to audiences in Ghana and Cameroon through the market-leading news portals Ghanaweb.com and Camerounweb.com.

For the first time, The Comb podcast, a special and fascinating news and current affairs product targeted at younger audiences around the continent, will be available through this partnership.

The BBC News Minute is a 60-second news round-up that keeps listeners informed of what’s trending and being shared on social media, while the BBC News World Service audio stream features a variety of audio content with a global appeal.

BBC News Afrique will be the first foreign news provider on Cameroun Network, allowing BBC News content to hit the country’s 2 million visitors.

Current and new GhanaWeb and CamerounWeb audiences will be able to engage with in-depth news content in local languages through BBC News Afrique, Pidgin, and Hausa.

With a combined monthly audience of 6 million online visitors to both platforms, this partnership extends BBC World Service’s digital presence in Ghana and Cameroon.

The following items are included in the total content package:
