Dubai’s GITEX Global 2025, the world’s largest technology and AI exhibition, concluded its five-day run on October 17, 2025, at the Dubai World Trade Centre and Dubai Harbour. The 45th edition of the event attracted over 6,800 exhibitors, 2,000 startups from 180 countries, and 1,200 investors, solidifying Dubai’s position as a global tech hub.

GITEX Global 2025 showcased groundbreaking advancements across various sectors:

Global Participation and Strategic Partnerships

The event featured significant international participation, including a strong Turkish presence with 60 companies and a delegation from the Turkish Industry and Technology Ministry and Investment Office. A memorandum of understanding was signed to organize “GITEX AI Türkiye” in Istanbul, reflecting the growing global collaboration in the tech sector.

UAE’s Commitment to AI and Digital Transformation

During GITEX Global 2025, Dubai’s Crown Prince, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, announced the launch of an AI platform, a dedicated taskforce, and a startup support program to accelerate the city’s digital economy. These initiatives aim to position Dubai as a global leader in AI and digital innovation.

As GITEX Global 2025 concludes, the event has set the stage for future technological advancements and international collaborations. The next edition, GITEX Techcation 2026, is already in the planning stages, promising to continue Dubai’s legacy as a premier destination for global tech innovation.
