OBM Education, an Egyptian ed-tech startup, has announced a substantial six-figure funding round to increase its market share in Saudi Arabia.

Value Maker Studio (VMS) has contributed six figures to the current funding round, which has made it possible for the round to take place.

OBM Education was founded in 2020 by Omar El-Barbary and Ezz El-Din Farag. The company provides extensive career advice and training programs in addition to helping pre-university students choose their college majors.

The Taleb Super App is the main product offered by OBM. It is a ground-breaking tool that has changed the lives of high school students all throughout the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) area.

To help students make well-informed decisions about their educational and career pathways, the app offers carefully selected content, accurate assessments, and premium services.

Co-founder of OBM Education Omar El-Barbary stressed the importance of this investment, saying “Investment is more than capital – it embodies shared visions and unyielding commitment. With VMS, we’re solidifying our resolve to enrich every student’s educational journey.”

OBM Education has established itself as a significant participant in the ed-tech sector thanks to its creative thinking and dedication to improving students’ educational experiences.

With VMS’s assistance, the business is better positioned to broaden its impact and offer beneficial materials to Saudi Arabian students, demonstrating its commitment to enhancing the region’s access to high-quality education and career counseling.

Building on OBM’s prior success in obtaining a six-figure US dollar investment from EdVentures in August 2022, this latest funding round demonstrates the increasing awareness and backing for the startup’s objective of empowering students in their choice of education and careers.
