THE SECRET BEHIND THESE CHARGING SHOES
Do you ever find yourself in a situation where your phone is on low battery and you have no way of charging it? Well those days might long be over if this neat invention catches on. An inventor from Kenya had invented a pair of shoes that generates electrical power to charge your phone in your pocket as you walk. The invention is simply called Charging Shoes. The shoes work this way: thin crystal chips are inserted into the soles of the shoe. As a person walks, pressure exerted on these crystals causes electricity to generate. There is an extension cable from the shoe to the phone in your pocket. If you aren’t to comfortable with the cable, you can walk and generate energy stored away in the shoe. Then charge your phone from this later.
Will this technology work out? Well the shoes will have to be flame retardant and water proof to reach more people. But, it is a cool idea and it just might catch on. Let us know what you think about it in the comments below.
